French model Sonia Ammar is set to make her feature film debut in Scream 5, the first sequel to Wes Craven’s meta-horror classic since 2011. She joins a cast that includes returning players Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, and Marley Shelton.

The 21-year-old stunner made a name for herself in 2016 through a string of haughty modeling gigs. No word on what role Ammar will play in Scream 5, but we hope she has enough Hollywood naiveté to end up in a frivolous shower scene.

At the helm for the Spyglass Media and Paramount Pictures production are Ready Or Not directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, working from a script by James Vanderbilt (Zodiac) and Guy Busick (Ready Or Not). Scream writer/creator Kevin Williamson executive produces.
