Universal Pictures has released a second trailer for Ouija: Origin of Evil, a disturbing sequel to its less scary 2014 original. Set in 1965 Los Angeles, the new film follows a single mom and the two young daughters she employs to run a seance scam. Things go horribly wrong when the youngest is possessed.

Oculus director Mike Flanagan is at the helm working from a script he co-wrote with writing partner Jeff Howard. The sequel hasn’t been met with a warm reception by movie bloggers, but screw those stuck-up pricks… this looks genuinely frightening! The imagery is nightmarish and the kid super creepy!
