ExileMedia Group have released a trailer for writer/director Arjun Rose’s suicide-slasher Demons Never Die. The U.K. thriller, which marks Rose’s feature film debut, stars pop singer Tulisa Contostavlos, Ashley Walters (Speed Racer), Robert Sheehan (Season of the Witch), Jennie Jacques (Cherry Tree Lane), and “Hollyoaks” babe Emma Rigby (pictured above).
Peep it:
The film’s synopsis reads:
When Amber (Contostavlos) takes her own life, Archie Eden (Sheehan) and seven other depressed London teenagers decide to follow her lead and create a suicide pact.
As the group begins to die one by one, Archie realises they have all become the target of a masked killer and that his own commitment to death has become a terrifying fight for survival and a battle to protect the girl he loves, but who is the killer?
Depression is a truly frightening and serious affliction that can ruin an individual’s life and that of their loved ones. I, for example, am depressed that the British teen soap “Hollyoaks” doesn’t air here in the States. While I’m not suicidal, I’m downright cranky that I don’t get enough of its stars Rigby, Tiffany Mulheron, and Gemma Atkinson.
Kate Bosworth will soon be seen as tormented housewife Amy Sumner in Sony Screen Gems’ upcoming remake of iconic filmmaker Sam Peckinpah’s controversial 1971 home-invasion thriller Straw Dogs. The 28-year-old starlet recently spoke to Black Book magazine about the film and its strokeworthy harrowing rape scene with Alexander Skarsgård.
I told Alex not to worry about me, to just go for it. I said, I need you to lose yourself in this moment. And it was actually violent. He’s a huge guy.
When he was ripping off my clothes in front of a room filled with men, even though I knew it was make-believe, it was still incredibly violating and terrifying. The panic you see flooding me in that rape scene is real.
The Straw Dogs remake is directed by Rob Lurie (The Last Castle) and finds Amy Sumner, a fading Hollywood actress, and her scrawny screenwriter husband (James Marsden) moving down South where they discover that Amy’s hillbilly ex (Skarsgård) longs to reconnect with her vagina.
The film forces its way into theaters on Sept. 16.
Photos of model and sometime-actress Sophie Monk wearing a sexy, skintight Catwoman costume have hit the net. I have no idea what the pics are for or from, but you can thank Yahweh for them when you lay yourselves to sleep, which I’m guessing will be within the next 90 seconds.
