‘Wonder Woman’ Out to Stop WWI & Get Some D!

Gal-Gadot-Wonder-Woman
Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for it’s upcoming Wonder Woman origins film, starring Gal Gadot as the Amazonian warrior princess out to stop World War I and get some much needed D from American intelligence officer Steve Trevor (Chris Pine).

The new trailer is epic, action-packed, and Gadot in her costume lingerie is – as the young kids say today – sexy AF! Unfortunately, there is still no hint at any of the much debated girl-girl action on the all-female island of Themyscira, Wonder Woman’s home. But, how sick is the gold lasso!

Margot Robbie Is Your New Kick-Ass Maid ‘Marian’

Margot-Robbie-hot

Margot Robbie is set to steal from the rich and give to the poor in Sony Pictures’ fem-driven Robbin Hood spinoff, Marian. Penned by newcomer Pete Barry, the film stars Robbie as Hood’s loving wife, Maid Marian, who takes up his cause after he meets a sudden demise.

Robbie is a producer on the film, which was at the center of a major bidding war among studios. No word on what the Maid Marian’s costume will look like, but we can only hope its the Suicide Squad wardrobe team if not the Wolf of Wall Street 🙂

Robbie is coming off a scene-stealing role as Harley Quinn in Warner Bros. convoluted blockbuster Suicide Squad and played Jane in the studio’s  charming sleeper hit The Legend of Tarzan. She also starred in Lionsgate’s post-apocalyptic romance drama Z for Zachariah.

Priscilla+Quintana

Production has begun on Polaroid, a new supernatural thriller from Dimension Films and the producers of The Ring. The film marks Norwegian director Lars Klevberg’s feature debut and is based on his 2015 movie short of he same name.

Said to be in the ilk of The Ring and Final Destination, Polaroid tells the tale of a high school loner who discovers a vintage Polaroid camera that threatens the lives of those whose photographs are taken. It’s slate for release Aug. 25.

If that isn’t enough to pique your interest, consider the film’s casting of stunning up-and-comer Priscilla Quintana (pictured above). Quintana has guest-starred on Showtime’s “Masters of Sex” and played an uncredited “foam girl” in Universal’s Furious 7 – that’s enough for us! She will also co-star in Chain Letter director Deon Taylor’s Stranded.

Charlize-Theron

Charlize Theron is gorgeous, but we all know Margot Robbie has stolen her thunder in Hollywood. While Theron took on roles that downplayed her hotness and bore us to no end, Margot emerged as sex symbol extraordinaire, going full-nude in her movie debut and most recently playing geek fantasy Harley Quinn.

But, now, Theron is back! The leggy stunner stars as a ruthless MI6 assassin with a taste for Sofia Boutella’s vaginal charms in John Wick director David Leitch’s Atomic Blonde, an adaptation of graphic novel “The Coldest City.” It arrives in theaters July 28.

Serinda-Swan-semi-nude

“Graceland” and “Breakout Kings” stunner Serinda Swan is set to play Medusa in Marvel’s new ABC series “Inhumans,” premiering this fall with an eight episode season.  The series centers on the Inhuman Royal Family, a race of superhumans created by aliens through experiments on primitive man.

Swan’s Medusa doesn’t rock snakes for hair, but instead has beautiful flowing red tresses she can animate through psychokinesis and use as a weapon and to carry out a variety of tasks. She is the queen of the Inhumans, a warrior who is also wife and trusted advisor to King Black Bolt (Anson Mount).

Swan played Aphrodite in Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightening Thief and sorceress Zatanna Zatara on The CW’s “Smallville.” Fright fans may recognize her from monster movie Creature and creepy supernatural thriller Jinn. alien-covenant-egg

The footage sets up the story of the Covenant ship’s crew, a group of scientists and soldiers on a mission to colonize what should be an uncharted paradise.

The Covenant is a Noah’s Ark type of deal with a crew made up of couples meant to populate the mysterious planet, including gay husbands who have either figured out a way to shit out some babies or are along to sass the neomorph – which is on display here in all its frighful glory!

Alien: Covenant stars Katherine Waterston (Inherent Vice), Carmen Ejogo (Purge: Anarchy), Callie Hernandez (Blair Witch), Amy Seimetz (You’re Next), Demian Bichir (Hateful Eight), Danny McBride (”Eastbound & Down”), James Franco, and Michael Fassbender, reprising his Prometheus role of David the android.

‘Devil’s’ Bojana Novakovic Is Ready to Go ‘Beyond Skyline’

Bojana Novakovic

Serbian-Australian stunner Bojana Novakovic is set to star in Beyond Skyline, a sequel to the highly underrated 2010 alien invasion thriller Skyline. Liam O’Donnell, who penned the original, writes and makes his directorial debut with the project.

Beyond Skyline takes place during the same alien invasion of the original film, but at a different location where a father and detective risks his life to rescue his son from an alien warship. No word what role Novakovic plays, but we’re sure it will be that of an attractive person.

Horror fans will recognize Novakovic from two solid frighteners: Sam Raimi’s Drag Me to Hell and producer M. Night Shyamalan’s Devil. She’s also starred in the Mel Gibson revenge drama Edge of Darkness and British indie The Hallow.

Yvonne Strahovski Joins Olivia Munn for Sexiest ‘Predator’ Movie Ever!

Yvonne-Strahovski-hot

“Dexter” and “Chuck” stunner Yvonne Strahovski is set to star in The Predator, a reboot of the popular franchise first introduced in 1987 as an Arnold Schwarzenegger sci-fi actioner. Now shooting in Vancouver, Shane Black directs from a script he co-wrote with Monster Squad writer/director Fred Dekker.

Strahovski plays a MILFy single mom whose troubled young son gets inadvertently caught in the war against the alien predators through his father. Boyd Holbrook (“Narcos”) has been tapped as the dad and overrated kid actor Jacob Tremblay (Shut In) as the son.

Rounding out the cast are action hero Thomas Jane (The Punisher), comedian Keegan-Michael Key, Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight), Alfie Allen (“Game of Thrones”), and geek goddess Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse) as a sexy scientist.

Strahovski and Munn kicking ass together gives us tremendous hope for this movie, but here’s hoping the kid angle doesn’t ruin the film. The last time Black wrote a kid into an R-rated story was for The Nice Guys, turning what promised to be a gritty, balls-out action-comedy into an embarrassingly sappy and boring mess.
