“Merlin” and Scream IV star Katie McGrath is set to appear opposite Jessica De Gouw (”Arrow”) and Jonathan Rhys Meyers (”The Tudors”) on NBC’s “Dracula,” a ten-episode miniseries built around the legendary vampire and his quest for blood.

Set in 1890’s London, the show follows Dracula (Meyers) as he plots vengeance on the descendants of the people who ruined his life many centuries ago. Masquerading as American entrepreneur Allen Grayson, he wreaks havoc up until he meets Mina Murray (De Gouw), a dead-ringer for his deceased wife.

TVLine.com reports that McGrath, best known for her role as evil priestess Lady Morgana Pendragon on the BBC’s recently ended “Merlin” fantasy series, will play Mina’s BFF, a sexy bad-girl socialite named Lucy Westenra.
