The first teaser trailer for Warner Bros. upcoming Superman reboot Man of Steel premiered this week at showings of the studio’s new summer blockbuster The Dark Knight Rises. If you’ve decided to wait for the Dark Knight sequel to hit Red Box… don’t worry; I’ve got your back.

Man of Steel is directed by Zach Snyder (Sucker Punch) and stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Russell Crowe as Jor-el, Julia Ormond as Lara Lor-Van, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Antje Traue as Faora, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, and Diane Lane and Kevin Costner as Martha and Jonathan Kent.

The film leaps into theaters on June 14, 2013.
