Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has set an Oct. 2 home edition and VOD release date for Death Race: Beyond Anarchy, the third sequel in the popular franchise launched by Paul W.S. Anderson’s 2008 original, starring Jason Statham.

The new film centers on more violence, boobs, and car racing. It stars Danny Trejo (Machete), reprising his role as bookie Goldberg, Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon), Velislav Pavlov as resident racer Frankenstein, Christine Marzano (Seven Psychopaths) as a hot bartender, and Cassie Clare (pictured above).
