‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Trailer Is All That Matters Now!

force-awakens-sith-lightsaber

Disney released today the first teaser-trailer for the only film that matters J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and just like that destroyed Christmas 2014. How could it not? Episode VII doesn’t release until Dec. 18, but what we see is already so amazing it’s absolute torment to wait!

The teaser pulls out the stops: slick, menacing Stormtroopers, rolling R2 unit, a new Sith with a sick lightsaber, X-wings in formation and, of course, the Millennium Falcon in battle with a group of Tie Fighters—all set to John Williams emotionally rousing score.

That’s One Big Gator in the ‘Exodus: Gods and Kings’ Trailer!

exodus-bale

Twentieth Century Fox released a new trailer for Ridley Scott’s biblical epic Exodus: Gods and Kings, a re-telling of Moses’ quest to free and lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Christian Bale plays the prince turned prophet opposite Joel Edgerton’s Ramessess II.

The trailer presents an epic adaptation of the Exodus story complete with sprawling battle scenes and visual effects. The sight of a giant crocodile attacking a boat, however, makes us worry this will be another attempt at turning a biblical tale into Clash of the Titans like Darren Aronofsky’s embarrassingly awful Noah.

Exodus: Gods and Kings arrives Dec. 12.

‘Vikings’ Star Jessalyn Gilsig Faces ‘Evil Men’

Jessalyn-Gilsig

Jessalyn Gilsig (“Vikings”) is set to star in the pilot to USA’s new supernatural drama “Evil Men.” She joins Dallas Roberts (“The Walking Dead”), Clifton Collins Jr. (Pacific Rim), and Parminder Nagra (“The Blacklist”) in the Gary Fleder (Kiss the Girls) directed project.

“Evil Men” tells the story of Harry Killas, an upstanding family man (Roberts) forced to kill the wicked to keep his loved ones and city safe from a powerful and otherworldly entity. Things take an interesting turn when his first intended victim ends up mentoring him as a murderer.

Gilsig plays Adela, an aggressively ambitious Assistant District Attorney who is extremely loyal to Harry. Those who watch a lot of TV will be quite familiar with Gilsig’s work on the small screen. Her impressive creds include “Vikings,” “Glee,” “Heroes,” “Nip/Tuck,” “NYPD Blue,” and “Boston Public.”

Clatto has been a fan of Gilsig since “Boston Public” and we’re excited to see her in a horror show. Another selling point for us is the pilot is written by Daniel Taplitz, the writer/director behind Commandments, a wonderful little dark comedy about a man so angry with God he sets out to break every commandment in the Bible.

Does Jaime King’s Semi-Nude Butt Have a Sexy Role Coming Up?

Jaime-King-Nude-Butt

Scream queen Jaime King posted a sexy photo of her stunning tush in revealing lingerie as she strutted down what looks to be a movie studio lot (in Burbank, CA?). Here’s hoping it’s wardrobe for an upcoming part in a new hard R movie!

The picture is absolutely stunning, and that it’s set in public adds to the hotness, but we’re pretty sure King wasn’t walking around half-naked on some random street. Our guess is it’s for an upcoming movie or an old shot from A Dame to Kill For. Truthfully, we’re just filling up space to not look so perverted.

King has most recently starred in Robert Rodriguez’s sequel Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, Anchor Bay’s redo of the 1984 holiday classic Silent Night, Deadly Night renamed Silent Night, and Darren Lynn Bousman’s remake of the 1980 Troma Entertainment’s rape/revenge thriller Mother’s Day.

King is a favorite around these parts and has made our lists for The 20 Hottest Women Working in Horror/Sci-fi and The Twelve Babes of Christmas Horror.
