Jeepers Creepers director and convicted child molester Victor Salva has definitely had his share of kid-related troubles so it comes as no surprise that the monster in his new film Rosewood Lane, his first in five years, is a teenage paperboy (Daniel Ross) with a proclivity for nursery rhymes and stalking.
Shot in Los Angeles, the thriller stars Rose McGowan as a talk-radio shrink who moves back into her childhood home only to find herself terrorized by the paperboy who tormented her father up until his death. Costars include Ray Wise (“Twin Peaks”), Lin Shaye (Insidious) and Lauren VĂ©lez (Captain LaGuerta on “Dexter”).
Rosewood Lane will have its premiere this weekend at Screamfest LA.
