The international trailer for Hammer Films’ Let Me In, a remake of the 2008 Swedish vampire-drama Let the Right One In, has hit the web. Directed by Matt Reeves (Cloverfield), the film appears to being staying true to the original’s vibe.
Take a look:
Let Me In stars 14-year-old Kodi Smit-McPhee (The Road) as a bullied schoolboy and 13-year-old Chloe Moretz (Kick Ass) as his vampire girlfriend and guardian. The film is based on the best selling Swedish novel Lat den Ratte Komma.
Let the Right One In is included in Clatto’s prestigious 15 Vampire Movies That Won’t Make You Gay list.
The film arrives in theaters on Oct. 1.
